In each luxury property you will find the following: a microwave, cooker, fridge, TV, DVD, music system, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, selection of books, washing up liquid, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, tea-towels, dish cloths, duster, toilet roll and kitchen roll.
Childrens books and games can be found in our larger self catering & bed and breakfast apartments.
There is a also full DVD library in our office.
We can provide z-beds, cots and highchairs for a small charge.

Arrival and Departure

Accommodation will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival.
We request that guests at our holiday cottages in Whitby vacate their apartment by 10am on their day of departure.
For late arrivals (after 4:30pm), alternative key collection arrangements can be made.
Luggage may be left by arrangement.

Help and Assistance

There is an on-site office (located at the bottom of our luxury holiday cottages) in Whitby, open 7 days a week, where trained staff are available to offer you assistance.
